Cleaning

We carefully clean, disinfect, and sanitize each inflatable unit on site before removal using a biodegradable, non-toxic cleaner/degreaser and a Lysol-type disinfectant spray on all of the bouncing surfaces. 

Delivery

Although we would love to be able to offer free delivery to all of our clients, we serve a large area and with gas near $4.00 per gallon, this is not possible anymore.  We do still offer free delivery and set-up of Inflatables within 10 miles of our location, which covers many areas in south, west, and central Charlotte, Fort Mill, and northern Rock Hill areas.  We are based in the 28273 zip code if you would like to estimate the distance. 

Areas which require significant travel (Gastonia, north and east Charlotte, Huntersville, Davidson, Mooresville, Monroe, Mint Hill, Southern Rock Hill, etc.) will require an additional delivery fee which we pay directly to our drivers to cover their fuel costs.  This delivery fee increases depending on the distance which has to be traveled and the travel time involved.  The delivery fees accrue as follows:

0 to 10 miles - Free Delivery

10 to 15 miles - $10

15 to 20 miles - $15

20 to 25 miles - $25

25 to 30 miles - $35

If you would like to estimate your delivery charges, please click on the link below and enter your address and you can then use the mileage estimate to determine your delivery rate.

Directions From Our Location  

We normally do not deliver beyond 30 miles, however, if we are able to under certain circumstances, the fee increase will be determined on a case-by-case basis because of the substantial travel time involved.  Also, there may be an additional charge for deliveries involving multiple units as multiple drivers may be involved.
